Which Green Car Is Right For Me?

High gas prices and concern over pollution have created several alternative or green vehicles compared to those that run on regular gasoline. With so many choices including electric cars, hybrid cars, CNG vehicles, and bi-fuel vehicles, how do I know what is right for me? I think it is important to look at paradigm shifts that are going on so you can not only make a good decision for now, but also a good decision moving forward. It also might matter where you live when determining which option is best. In any case, it is good to do your homework before making a big decision like this.
If you are looking for the cleanest burning vehicle it is probably CNG. Why do I say this? If you have an electric vehicle there is a good chance that the electricity you are getting to charge your car is from coal which isn't nearly as clean as natural gas. If you have a hybrid car, you are still running on regular gasoline part of the time. The same is true for bi-fuel vehicles that run on both CNG and regular gasoline. Then there are the arguments about fracking and if it harms the environment or not. With our need for energy to heat our homes and run our cars, fracking isn't going away. So, which type of vehicle is the most environmentally friendly? It is difficult to say. What Neutrogena visibly clear blackhead eliminating daily scrub review can say is they are all more friendly to the environment that cars that run on gasoline from oil.
From a cost standpoint it is a difficult decision. No matter what alternative technology you look at, you are going to pay a lot more at the dealership. Perhaps you should do some homework to make sure you even drive enough to make one of these alternative vehicles attractive to you. If you don't, the only reason to get one of these alternative vehicles is to do less damage to the environment. As a result of fracking, it is likely that the cost of gasoline will drop dramatically over the next two to three years. As with anything, if supply swells, prices will fall. It has already happened with natural gas and the price of oil is next. So, if you are looking to save money, that might not be a great reason to buy a hybrid, electric, bi-fuel, or CNG car. However, if you live in areas where natural gas is produced, a CNG car will probably be your best bet.
